How to turn your ‘I can’t’ attitude to an ‘I can’ attitude with this one simple word.

Ever wondered why so many are held back from the life they want? This can mostly be done because of the mindset you have.

Your mindset can change what you feel is possible and has also been found to change the chemicals in your brain based on what you say.

So how can you boost those feel good chemicals and start feeling confident?

There is one simple word you can add to the end of a sentence to help move you from the ‘I can’t’ to the ‘I can’ attitude.

This is the word ‘yet’.

This one simple word can change your sentence from negative to positive and help you feel more at ease and relaxed.

Try it for yourself!

Say to yourself out loud — I can’t achieve that!

What do you feel? Despair, sadness, low?

But change it to — I can’t achieve that yet!

What has changed? Do you feel slightly calmer, full of hope or inspired?

Saying yet takes you away from never achieving something to I am going to, but it is okay if it is not right now.

Try this out today and keep making an effort to add the word ‘yet’ until it is second nature and see how your mindset changes.
